Please note, failure to log in as a member will result in non-member rates being charged. 

Delivery of goods can take up to 28 days.

We hope that the items order you receive in good condition and that you are fully satisfied with them. If for some reason you wish to return the goods, we will accept them within 28 days of the despatch note date. Please follow the instructions below;

1. Return the goods in their original packaging using the perforated section provided on the invoice/receipt note. You must telephone or e-mail the BDA to receive your returns reference number, which must be quoted on the returns form. Tel: 020 7563 4555 or advice@bda-dentistry.org.uk. Failure to do so will delay the refund/exchange procedure.

2. Complete the returns form (enclosed with the product) explaining the reason for the return and insert it or attach it to the items being sent back. Securely package the item ready for posting. CD ROMS must be safely stored back into their container. If CD's are received either without, or not packed into, their plastic sleeves, then they may be deemed unsuitable for resale and a refund will not be issued.

3. The cost of the goods will be refunded to you. Delivery charges for goods being returned can only be refunded if the goods are found to be faulty or delivered in error. Faulty goods will be replaced with the same item upon return unless a refund is requested.

4. We strongly recommend you use an insured or registered mail service or courier when sending items back as we are unable to refund for items not received at the BDA.

5. Return to: BDA Northampton Distribution, 91 Bailiff Street, Northampton, NN1 3EA

6. Your statutory rights will not be affected


For Bookshop orders the following regulations apply:

Book(s) can be returned for the price paid by the bookseller on original purchase.
They must be returned within 12 months of purchase.
The bookseller will pay the return postage costs unless they are damaged.
The sale or return policy can only be upheld if the book(s) are in re-sellable condition when they arrive with us for inspection before a refund can be granted.
