Regional Consultancy Service – for the whole team

For practices that are unsure of where to begin, the Regional Consultancy Service is ideal.

All regional consultants have been trained by the British Dental Association to deliver a dedicated support service for the whole team. Each consultant is a practice manager who has taken their own practice though the Scheme, so your practice is able to benefit from their personal experience, recommendations and advice.

What is included?

A consultant will be assigned to your practice to deliver two half-hour conference calls, and a one-hour on-site visit. The consultant will tailor the service to your practice’s needs by:

  • identifying which policies and procedures are already in place and those which need to be developed

  • working through selected sections of the assessment

  • delegating roles and responsibilities among your dental team to make best use of your time and allow the whole team to share in the achievement of Good Practice Scheme recognition

  • offering tips and advice, setting goals and motivating your team

  • additional hours can be arranged should you require more time with your consultant.
