We are seeking several individuals to participate in a focus group of dentists in the salaried services.
Every year, the BDA presents evidence to the Review Body on Doctors’ and Dentists’ Remuneration (DDRB) on recruitment, retention, motivation and changes in practice expenses in UK dentistry.
As part of this submission of evidence, the BDA are conducting a series of focus groups with dentists in the salaried services to look at:
Morale and motivation
Recruitment
Retention
This is an opportunity for dentists in the salaried services to have their say.
