The Representative Body meets three times per year, usually on Saturdays in January, June and October. The dates for 2009 are as follows:
- Saturday 20th June 2009
- Saturday 10th October 2009
- Saturday 23rd January 2010
Between meetings there is some email correspondence and members may participate in other committees or working parties according to their own interests and availability.
