This means they represent local young pracititioners and the issues that are affecting young dentists in their area are brought to the Committee for action. Please see the section below on how to get involved.
Getting Involved
To get involved the first place to start is in your local area. Branches and Sections have plenty to offer and they present clinical lectures, social events and other meetings. There are opportunities to network with other practitioners in your local area and become more involved in and obtain a greater understanding of, the issues in your area.
Some branches have Young Dentist Groups (YDG). These groups are run by young dentists and are aimed at bringing younger members together in the local area for social events, clinical lectures and more.
Why not contact you local branch or young dentist group to get involved locally? You can do this on the Branches and Sections part of the website.
