Session synopsis
This session highlights the importance of communication by the use of digital dental photography. The range of intra oral and extra oral photography techniques are discussed, as well as the choice and use of suitable cameras and accessories needed to produce good photographs. The session also explores the dental photography as an adjunct to accurate record keeping, avoiding litigation.

About the speaker
 | Philip Wander, GDP, Manchester Philip Wander qualified in Liverpool in 1966 and obtained his MGDSRCS (London) in 1980. Phil is best known for his extensive articles on dental photography, a topic on which he has lectured and demonstrated extensively. He is involved with the BDA’s highly acclaimed Training essentials programme and is a consultant to a number of dental practices in Manchester both NHS and private. |
