Manchester Central Convention Complex (MCCC)
The British Dental Conference and Exhibition is the UK's largest combined dental conference and exhibition. It runs for three days during the Spring and provides the UK dental profession the opportunity to gain all of their verifiable Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours for the year in one go.

- in Liverpool 2010 it attracted 4,049 attendees
- in Glasgow 2009 it attracted 3,907 attendees
The event provides delegates with a professional, educational and thought-provoking series of lectures and seminars presented by exciting speakers. The headline stage has boasted many celebrity speakers over the year including: Tanni Gray-Thompson, Roger Black, Betty Boothroyd, Michael Portillio as well as cutting edge clinical lecturers such as Raymond Bertolotti (USA), Niek Opdam (Netherlands), Paul Lambrechts (Belgium), Harald Heymann (USA) and Ken Harris (USA). It has also seen a number of key political figures including the current Secretary of State for Health Andrew Lansley.
