Phil OwerPhil worked as a general dental practitioner in the RAF before undertaking specialist training in periodontics. He is on the GDC's Specialist Register and has been an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MGDS). He has served on the Council of the British Society of Periodontology and is on the editorial boards of Dental Health and Primary Dental Care.
