Delivery

  • All UK orders will be delivered within 7 working days of the order being confirmed.
  • All International orders will be delivered within 12 working days of the order being confirmed.

The BDA cannot be liable for items delayed in the post by unforeseen problems, such as postal strikes or bad weather conditions.

Lost or Undelivered Products

Returns and Refunds

We hope that the item(s) ordered are received in good condition and you are fully satisfied with them. If you wish to return the goods, you must do so within 14 days of the dispatch note date in saleable quality. Refund payments will be made to the same card used for purchase. Refunds will take up to 5 working days. Full details of how to return an item will be included on the dispatch note enclosed with your item(s) ordered. The goods must be returned in their original packaging. Before returning the item(s), please contact BDA Shop on 020 7563 4555 or email bdashop@bda.org to obtain a returns reference number.
