Postage and Packaging is free to all BDA members. A flat rate handling fee of £4.50 is charged to all UK non-member orders. Oversees non-member orders are subject to a flat rate fee of £9.95
All UK orders will be delivered within 7 working days of the order being confirmed.
All International orders will be delivered within 12 working days of the order being confirmed.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your item(s).
The British Dental Association (BDA) cannot be held liable for items delayed in the post. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit or non-delivery, please contact BDA Shop on 020 7563 4171 or by email: bdashop@bda.org.
If you have received goods that have been damaged – please follow the returns policy.
VAT will be charged where applicable.
