UK Dental Schools are currently seeking their representative for the BDA / DENTSPLY Student Clinician Research Programme, 2013
Participation in the programme is a fantastic opportunity to present your original research on a national stage to four distinguished adjudicators and meet many key figures in the dental profession.
Each dental school representative is invited to an adjudication day at the BDA Head Office in London on Thursday 21st March where you will present your research. This is followed by an awards ceremony and drinks reception at the BDA offices where the winner will be announced.
One winner will then be selected to present their project in October 2013 at the Annual Session of the American Dental Association in New Orleans. On a non-competitive basis, you will represent DENTSPLY UK as an honoured guest and get to meet other student winners from across the globe.
The winner's dental school will also be presented with a £10,000 research grant.
The runner up will receive a prize of £500, with an additional prize awarded for professionalism and presentation skills.
Closing date for entries is 22nd February 2013. You must be a BDA member to enter the competition.
