Endodontics - What you really need to know
Delegates are encouraged to send in anonymised clinical photos, digital copies of radiographs and a brief history with any associated questions to the firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the event. These will be added to Mike's presentation to allow group discussion and for Mike to give expert advice on the cases. Please also state in the email whether you would like to remain anonymous yourself or not when discussing the case.

To provide the general dental practitioner with an update on contemporary endodontic treatment.

This event will provide general dental practitioners with an update on contemporary endodontic treatment with the opporunity to discuss cases within your practice.

Mike qualified from University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 1988. His first jobs were in the oral surgery field, based in hospitals in the West Midlands, and he held a part time clinical assistant post at Walsall Manor Hospital for several years. He joined the Albert Road Dental Practice in 1990 and became a partner in 2000. Mike gained his Masters degree from the University of Birmingham in 1995, and was accepted onto the General Dental Council Specialist List in Endodontics in 2001. He was a lecturer in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at Birmingham until 2005.
He accepts referrals for specialist endodontic treatment from across the whole Midlands region in Evesham and Birmingham. He has presented research and clinical work at scientific meetings in Europe, North America and Asia, and continues to teach at postgraduate level throughout the UK. Mike continues to expand his clinical skill base by regularly attending postgraduate training sessions in Europe and the United States. He is a member of the British Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, and is an active member and Past President of the British Endodontic Society.
