    Upen Patel 
    Clinical Lecturer and Honorary Specialty Registrar in Restorative Dentistry, University of Birmingham.

    Upen's  research focuses on the application and the effects of therapeutic ultrasound on the repair mechanisms of the dental pulp. His other research interests are in education, specifically assessment and feedback in clinical education and clinically, digital imaging of the oral cavity and rapid prototyping of removable prostheses
