Speaker

Katharine Blain

I am currently Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry at Dundee Dental Hospital. I trained at Glasgow qualifying in 1985 and having worked as a GDP and CDO, worked for 2.5 years in OMFS as a resident before undertaking specialist training in Paediatric Dentistry in Manchester where I completed a PhD in sedation. Following this, I returned to Scotland to the PDS in Argyll and Clyde and did some work at Yorkhill. I took up my current post in 2007 and during some of that time I have also supported Paediatric Dental services in NHS Highland.
