Calling all community dentists: help us make the case for change

11 June 2018

The BDA is seeking the views of dentists working within the community service across the UK to help build our case for improved working terms and conditions for community dentists.

Both BDA members and non-members, who work in the CDS or PDS in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales, are encouraged to share their views via our survey.

BDA members have been sent a unique link via email or postal copy of our survey and we encourage them to fill it out by Friday 13 July.

Non-members are also encouraged to have their say, and an open version of the questionnaire is available online.

The survey aims to find out the current levels of morale, motivation and job satisfaction amongst community service dentists, their working conditions and views on the working environment and the impact of the ongoing changes taking place within the NHS.

Thank you for taking the time to give your views – your responses help us build a stronger case for change, and help us to fight for improved terms and conditions for all dentists.
