​We are committed to providing our members with a high-quality service.  Therefore, if there is a problem, we would like you to tell us.

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact the person dealing directly with your enquiry as soon as the matter arises. If you are unsure who to direct your complaint to, call our general number: 020 7935 0875.

We aim to respond to all written comments and complaints within seven working days.
