Jeremy Roberts-James is a general dental practitioner and practice owner in mid Wales. He is from Wigan in the North West of England and studied dentistry at Edinburgh University. He served in the Royal Navy as a dental officer soon after qualifying in 1974. Jeremy worked in shore bases and at sea and with the Royal Marines for a little under nine years. Since leaving the armed forces he has worked in General Practice in England and Wales as an associate and as a practice owner, both in partnership and as a single handed practitioner. He has contributed to the work of Powys LDC and subsequently Dyfed Powys LDC as a member, Secretary and Vice Chairman since moving to Wales in 1985.
