International Affairs Committee (IAC)
The BDA has international involvement on a European and worldwide basis to ensure the profession’s voice is heard in decision-making processes that affect dentistry in the UK. There are several international organisations representing different areas of interest.
The Association is a member of the Council of European Dentists (CED), the International Dental Federation (FDI) and its European Regional Organisation (ERO), the Commonwealth Dental Association (CDA) and the International Standards Organisation (ISO).
