GDPC Associates Sub-committee
The GDPC Associates Sub-committee represents the interests and concerns of as associates in General Dental Practice across the UK.
It gives a voice to associates carrying out varied roles across the UK, at all stages of their careers. The Sub-committee is part elected from the GDPC and part appointed from associates not otherwise involved in BDA committees and includes associates at various stages of their careers.
Our priorities
- Working on a range of issues affecting dental associates, including pay and conditions, career pathways, training issues, and morale and motivation
- Supporting dental associates to tackle stress at work
- Examining the impact of dental regulation and increasing bureaucracy
- Providing support and advice to dental associates.
Our team
Zoe Connelly
Zoe Connelly is the Chair of the GDPC Associates Sub-committee and Treasurer of Wakefield Local Dental Committee, as well as Secretary of the BDA's West Yorkshire Section. She has been a practicing dentist since 2008 and works in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
