The Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team informs, supports, and guides the Principal Executive Committee to develop our strategic direction and provides operational leadership to support our teams in delivering objectives for members and the profession.
Martin Woodrow – Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for overseeing the work of the Association including the offices located in the countries of the United Kingdom and the offices of BDA President and Chair of the Board.
Richard Shilling – Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director
The Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director is responsible for the successful operation of the Association including providing support and internal infrastructure services to members and staff such as advice, marketing, education, and HR.
Charlotte Waite – National Director of BDA Scotland
The National Director of BDA Scotland is responsible for representing the interests of dentists in Scotland, providing guidance to members, and negotiating with the Scottish Government Health Directorates on behalf of the profession.
Tristen Kelso – National Director of BDA Northern Ireland
The National Director of BDA Northern Ireland is responsible for representing the interests of dentists in Northern Ireland, providing guidance to members, and negotiating with the Department of Health and the Northern Ireland Executive on behalf of the profession.
Caroline Seddon – National Director of BDA Wales
The National Director of BDA Wales is responsible for representing the interests of dentists in Wales, providing guidance to members, and negotiating with the Welsh Government the Senedd on behalf of the profession.
