It’s designed for overseas-qualified dentists who have never been registered with the GDC – whether you're preparing for registration, or you're a dental professional based outside the UK looking to stay informed on UK dentistry.

If you've previously been GDC-registered, you'll need to choose from one of our three membership packages; Essential, Extra or Expert to join.

Asylum seeker or refugee?

Asylum seeker and refugee membership is available for free to overseas qualified dentists who have applied for or been awarded Asylum Seeker or Refugee status and are actively working towards registering as a dentist with the General Dental Council.
