Alison Miles-Jenkins, Chief Executive, Leading Light Learning
Alison is Chief Executive of Leading Light Learning, formerly Training to Achieve, the training and management development consultancy. She has 30 years' experience in management and business development, marketing and has been described as an 'inspiration' to the dental profession.
Alison has been working in the dental sector since 1998 with clients including the GDC, DCS, West Midlands Dental Deanery and numerous dental practices throughout the UK. With many other clients in diverse business sectors, Alison has helped more than 45,000 professionals and business owners become better at managing their staff and running and growing their businesses.
Alison is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has taught Chartered Management Institute courses at the highest level. She is also a regular contributor to professional and clinical magazines and journals, and was the winner of an Education and Lifelong Learning Award in November 2010.
