He has worked with all sizes of dental practices around the country…delivering improvements and increasing profits His session is based on some of the tools and tips that he has used in his own career….and you can use them too!!  He believes that many dentists are truly awful managers…but they can be cured!! He believes that most staff want to do a good job…and it's often the practice's fault that they don't!!
