John Doran

John took his successes and learnings in industry and management consultancy, and brought them into his wife's dental practice. They have grown the business eightfold in fifteen years…and continue to look for ways to make it more efficient….. and thus more profitable. He has worked with all sizes of dental practices around the country…delivering improvements and increasing profits His session is based on some of the tools and tips that he has used in his own career….and you can use them too!!  He believes that many dentists are truly awful managers…but they can be cured!! He believes that most staff want to do a good job…and it's often the practice's fault that they don't!! He believes that too many practices suffer from 'we need a perfect plan'….he says 'start today'!! Strap in!!!
