Learning objectives

At the end of the introductory session you will have:

  • An easy to remember framework
  • A selection of questions to ask patients
  • A way to confidently sell without selling
Learning contentAre you fed up with spending large amounts of time explaining to patients the pros and cons of treatment only for them to decline or go away and think about it?

Have you attended post grad courses to develop your skills only for patients to say don’t want the more advanced treatment you offer, they just want the cheapest?

Would you like to do more private work and be less dependent on the NHS? Would you like to be able to sell without selling? This course will give you the tools and insights you are looking for.

As a result of attending this introductory workshop you will be able to improve your treatment discussions.

You will have tips tools and techniques to implement immediately to enhance your patient care.

You will have a framework that can be used by all members of the dental team and an initial stepping- stone in the training of your patient care coordinators
