Workshop 1: Understanding management and quality in the dental context
This workshop includes developing a practice vision, goals and objectives, and effective communications.
Principal dentists are asked to attend this workshop with their practice manager if their practice manager is the participant.
Workshop 2: Understanding finance
This workshop includes understanding financial performance, cashflow forecasting and control, and costing and budgeting.
Workshop 3: Managing performance
This workshop covers how to establish clarity in roles and performance levels, conducting effective performance reviews, and how to deal with poor performance.
Workshop 4: Marketing and delivering excellent patient experience
This workshop covers the key areas of ethical marketing and delivering high quality patient care.
Workshop 5: Practical leadership
This workshop examines concepts of leadership and how these are applied practically in the workplace. Participants will complete a leadership PDP as part of the workshop.
