Alex is Associate Specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Ashford/St Peter’s NHS Trust . He has been a member of the team at Ashford for over 25 years and has extensive experience in the initial presentation, diagnosis and treatment of Oral Cancer. The unit at ASPH receives currently approximately 15 TWR’s per week. He has been on the Oral Surgery specialist list since its inception
and provides teaching to both clinical and nursing colleagues in all aspects of Oral Surgery. He is the educational supervisor for the Dental Core Trainees at ASPH and has a particular surgical interest in the treatment of skin malignancy.

Trish is a Customer Liaison Manager and has worked for NHS Dental Services for over 35 years. Her role is to lead and support the training activities of NHS Dental Services and ensure that Local Offices, Providers and Performers are engaged with their products and services and collate feedback to support future developments

Farzeela Rupani

Farzeela is Dental Directory’s Head of Clinical and is also a Clinical Case Examiner and Investigating Committee member for the GDC, so has expert knowledge in the common pitfalls that occur when producing clinical records. Farzeela is also a General Dental Practitioner, having worked in a variety of mixed practices for the past 12 years. In addition to her BDS degree (Kings College London), she holds a BSc in Management with Medical Sciences and an MSc in International Health Management both from Imperial College London. Farzeela has worked for KPMG as a Healthcare Management Consultant in the past and has also carried out research into the impact of CPD in dentistry for the GDC.
