Michael served in an NHS ambulance service for 20 years. He spent six years as a specialist advisor to the CQC, completing dozens of inspections. For the last four years, he has been a consultant to private healthcare providers. He assists with CQC governance, safeguarding, whistleblowing and management oversight. Michael has an experienced team around him, including two former CQC senior managers.
