In association with Brown_Rudnick_Wordmark_Black_Medium_RGB.JPG

Wednesday 17 June 2020
19:00 – 20:00

This webinar will cover the legal issues that are common to more than two-dozen business interruption policies that have been reviewed by Brown Rudnick LLP.

Following an introduction by the BDA's Chief Executive Martin Woodrow, Ravi Nayer, a Partner at Brown Rudnick LLP, will provide members with:

  • An overview of the review undertaken by Brown Rudnick LLP
  • An explanation of the key legal issues identified by the review
  • The important considerations and possible next steps for BDA members in light of the FCA test case
  • Guidance on the role and benefit of any class action for dentists

There will then be an opportunity for BDA members to direct questions to Ravi.

We will be recording this webinar and it will be made available to members who are unable to view live.
