This webinar will explore how attitudes have changed in light of COVID-19, amongst all stakeholders involved in a dental practice sale; from banking, to CQC, to the additional diligence requirements required to meet a successful sale.

With guest contributions from experienced advisors and dentists this webinar will also explore whether the corporate market has also changed and their post-sale requirements. Is this likely to be a long or short-term change? How should someone buying or selling budget this into their plans?

Luke is one of the directors of Dental Elite. Prior to establishing Dental Elite Luke worked in senior management positions and played a fundamental role in establishing another dental consultancy firm. With Paul Wilkinson, he launched Dental Elite in Spring 2010, bringing together their backgrounds in finance and healthcare management.

He has brokered hundreds of practices to large dental corporates and other dentists and is well regarded in the dental market for providing vendors with a detailed analysis of their practice and the basis of its valuation.
