About the speaker
James Goldman, Head of Employment and General Practice, BDA
James Goldman qualified as a barrister in 1994. He has extensive experience of working in-house in a range of industries, and has worked at the British Dental Association since 2007. James is experienced in dealing with employment and contractual issues. He has mediated a number of disputes between members. James is now head of the Employment and General Practice team at the BDA.
