Aim

This webinar will enable attendees to better understand their optimum level of stress and learn practical coping strategies for when the optimum level has been surpassed.

 

Learning objectives

  • Consider negative stress and healthy pressure – how much is your optimum level and how do you know when you have surpassed it?

  • Assess type A versus type B personality types

  • Understand what factors make you more resilient

  • Improve your ability to cope with practical physical, mental, organisation and communication strategies.

 

Learning content

By the end of this webinar, delegates will have considered their level of stress and have some techniques to help improve resilience when optimum levels of stress have been reached.

Heather spent 10 years as a senior training manager at Deloitte before starting Dallas Development in January 2000. As well as running various programmes for the BDA, Heather is a motivational and inspiring public speaker and personal coach in personal impact and career development. 

Her specialist areas are management skills, team working, personal impact, train the trainers, presentation skills, life balance and handling conflict. She is a qualified MBTI Practitioner, Belbin Team Roles Consultant, Strengths Deployment Inventory Consultant and NLP Master Practitioner and Integral Eye Movement Technique Practitioner.
