Thursday 25 March 2021

19:30 – 20:30

Sponsored by:

Aim

This webinar will explore how attitudes have changed in light of COVID-19, amongst all stakeholders involved in a dental practice sale; from banking, to CQC, to the additional diligence requirements required to meet a successful sale.

With guest contributions from experienced advisors and dentists this webinar will also explore whether the corporate market has also changed and their post-sale requirements. Is this likely to be a long or short-term change? How should someone buying or selling budget this into their plans?

Learning objectives

  • Understand how COVID-19 has impacted the buying and selling market

  • Explore current diligence requirements for dental practice sales

  • Review the typical deal structures for dental practice acquisitions

  • Analyse current practice valuation trends.

Learning content

A one-hour presentation with the chance to ask the speakers questions at the end of the webinar.
