Aim
This webinar will explore how to best support patients quit sugar for good, with the basic science of five proven methods.
Objectives
- Explore the neuroscience of addiction and reasons it can be so difficult to quit sugar
- Explore how sugar affects health of the general population
- Understand the impact of sugar on mental health within the context of the pandemic and beyond
- Learn five strategies to support your patients to quit sugar and improve their overall general and dental health.

About the speaker

| Bunmi Aboaba
Food Addiction Coach Dr Bunmi Aboaba is a dentist and a Food Addiction Coach, helping clients achieve a healthy relationship with food to meet long-term health goals. Dr Bunmi's work covers the full spectrum of disordered eating, including overeating, compulsive eating, emotional eating and other associated patterns.
Dr Bunmi is also creator of the R4 Method, a Food Addiction Certification to support nutritionists, nurses, teachers, health and fitness professionals, dieticians and medical clinicians to help their clients achieve long-lasting results.
