Aim

This webinar, presented by Lloyd & Whyte, will explore how a patient payment plan can benefit both you and your patients, and identify ways that you can grow your plan. Simon is an Account Executive at Lloyd & Whyte with over ten years’ experience within the Insurance industry. He has worked for Lloyd & Whyte since 2015.

Simon specialises in payment plans for dental practices, working closely with those practices to ensure the right plan is provided for their needs and tailored to each individual practice.

Payment Plan Manager, Lloyd & Whyte

Gemma is currently Payment Plan Manager at Lloyd & Whyte with over ten years’ experience in the industry. She has worked for Lloyd & Whyte since 2011 where she started off as a regional account executive before specialising in patient payment plans in 2014.

As Payment Plan Manager, Gemma’s main focus is to help dentists ensure their patient payment plan is profitable. Alongside her experience in the industry, Gemma also holds a Diploma in Insurance
