| Bill CarrFinancial Consultant, Dental Elite Bill has been immersed within the dental sector for 30+ years starting out at the prestigious NatWest St James’s Dental Unit. He has dealt with all forms of dentistry and has a full understanding of the day to day running of a surgery, specialist practitioners and their financial requirements.

| Janice Charlton Head of Business Development, Patient Plan Direct
Janice has worked in dentistry for over 30 years, across a multitude of roles – she started her dentistry career as a dental nurse, progressing to become a therapist.
Fast forward a few years later and Janice managed and co-owned a busy NHS practice. In 1991 the practice was one of the first in the UK to convert to private by introducing a payment plan. Shortly after the practices successful NHS to private conversion, Janice joined one of the major plan providers and worked across several roles as part of the team that shaped and developed the process of supporting other practices with conversions.
Over the course of the next two decades, Janice worked with several other plan providers, before joining the Patient Plan Direct (PPD) team in 2015 where she has progressed to be Head of Business Development. She now supports practices with NHS conversions as well as helping practices to make huge cost savings by switching from other major providers to take advantage of PPD’s low admin fees – a process which is now easier than ever before thanks to ‘Simple Switch’.

| Vanessa Grant
Senior, Lovewell Blake
Vanessa is a Senior in the Great Yarmouth office and work within their specialist healthcare sector. She has worked with the team for 11 years, which has enabled her to build knowledge in multiple areas within this sector, majority being dentistry.
She prepares practice accounts and tax returns for both self-employed and corporate clients. She assists the partners in leading clients through practice purchases and sales. She also provides guidance to practice managers and owners with regards to the annual reconciliation reporting process and rates reimbursement claims.

| Phil Kolodynski Associate Director, Dental Elite Phil has been with Dental Elite for five years having started as a practice consultant and becoming a director in 2021. Over the last five years Phil has been involved in hundreds of independent sales to both individual and corporate buyers as well as selling a number of groups.
Previously, Phil worked in the pharmaceutical industry as the Nation Sales Manager for a leading generic drug manufacturer meaning he has over 10 years experience within the healthcare market.

Lisa joined Dental Elite in September 2015 and now leads the Dental Recruitment team after working as a Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment consultant. She also heads up the locum desk and works with practices nationwide to find solutions for their locum requirements.
