This webinar is for those dental professionals who worry about the mental and physical burden of their work. It will help individuals tackle worry and stress head on, exploring stress management strategies and learning to work more productively and sustainably.

About the speaker

Anthony Asquith

Anthony is a psychotherapist who qualified in 2000 and became interested in human behaviour in dental settings as early as 2003, when he ran workshops teaching dental hypnosis and self-relaxation to team members. This has led him to running a variety of different CPD workshops for thousands of dental professionals.

He has a number of articles published in the dental press and has an Amazon bestselling book all about managing stress called Surviving the Human Zoo.  

He also holds a 4th Dan in combative Karate and recommends martial arts as a great stress reliever for anyone.



1 hour CPD

A CPD certificate (in the name of the participant) will be made available once viewing of this online lecture has been finished, the delegate feedback survey completed and attendance validated.
