What to expect

Len D'Cruz and Raj Rattan will review some dento legal concerns currently of topical interest to the profession. They will cover the drivers for litigation and how they have changed, what the implications for contract reform the “top up fee” case might have, the impact vicarious liability may have on practice owners, and the competing ethical issue around the delivery of cosmetic dentistry.

If you feel at all unwell, we encourage you to take a lateral flow test the evening before you are due to arrive - should your test result be positive, we ask you not to attend.
