Daniel works in special care dentistry across Oxfordshire in the community dental service. Prior to this he has worked in dental core training posts across London and Surrey and supported undergraduate students in a clinical tutor role at Kings College London. He has completed a Diploma in special care dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and was awarded a research grant from the British Society of Gerodontology in 2021 to investigate the feasibility of 3D scanning and printing dentures in care homes.

Neha Thakerar is a friendly and caring professional who prides herself on making patients feel relaxed and calm when under her care. She graduated from Barts and The London Dental School and went on to pursue further training in Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine and Maxillofacial Surgery in hospitals around the UK.

She now works in the Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust as a maxillofacial specialty doctor in the week, and practices oral surgery in several dental practices in London and Cambridge.

Neha specialises in complex dental extractions, including wisdom teeth surgery and extracting broken down teeth that may be classed as ‘surgical’, as well as soft tissue surgery. She is confident treating children, due to her background in surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital. And she is confident in diagnosing and managing Oral mucosal conditions from Oral medicine, such as neuralgic pains and lichen planus. She also surgically place dental implants, having studied from specialists in this field.

Michael Butler works as a medical doctor at the Jefferiss Wing, St Mary’s Hospital, London – part of Imperial College Healthcare Trust - as a Sexual Health and HIV specialist. He studied medicine at the University of Glasgow, with a Masters in Tropical Medicine and International Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He has specialist interests in early syphilis infection, HIV stigma, and is currently involved in the writing of the British Association of Sexual Health and HIV Hepatitis National Guidelines.
