A Specialist Prosthodontics and a Consultant and Specialist in Restorative Dentistry at the
Leeds Dental Institute. Hannah graduated from the University of Leeds in 2005 and then worked in NHS and mixed general dental practice until 2010. Following hospital training posts in Leeds and Manchester, Hannah completed her specialty training in Restorative Dentistry in 2017. Her professional interests include management of developmental dental anomalies, autologous tooth transplantation; along with management of temporomandibular disorders and tooth wear. She particularly enjoys multidisciplinary team working, treatment planning and provision.

A Consultant in Special Care Dentistry in Sheffield split between both primary and secondary care settings. Treating patients under IV sedation and general anesthetic and has a specialist interest in the management of Haemo-oncology and Breast Cancer patients, although treats a variety of those who fall into the category of Special Care. Also Chair of the Special Care Dentistry Yorkshire and Humber MCN.

Started her career qualifying from the University of Leeds in 2008 and has held a number of posts/jobs since then including vocational trainee, OMFS SHO, SCD SHO, dental officer and associate before securing a specialty registrar position in SCD in July 2012. Successfully passed exam and made it onto the Specialist Register in November 2015 and secured a Specialist post in Hull and Goole from May the following year, returning to Sheffield in March 2018 taking up current post as Consultant.

Mum of boys with two little people keeping her well and truly on her toes! Loves sport and shopping and spends most of her spare time with family and friends making memories.

Graduated from Peninsula Dental School in 2015, obtaining a BDS from the graduate entry course. Prior to this achieved a BSc (Hons) in Medical Science from the University of Leeds. After qualifying as a dentist, completed her DFT year and then completed two Dental Core Training (DCT1 & DCT2) years in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Since 2018, she has been working as a Dentist in the Bradford Community Dental Service. During this time worked in numerous clinics and the mobile dental unit across Bradford, providing care for paediatric and special care patients under local anaesthesia, inhalation sedation and general anaesthesia. She completed a PGCert in Clinical Education during this time, and now is close to submitting her portfolio for accreditation in Level 2 Complexity Care in Paediatric Dentistry.

A Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry in the Community Dental Service in Hull and East Riding since 2000. She has been TPD for paediatric dentistry and has overseen training for many Foundation, Core, Level 2 and Specialist Trainees in the CDS. Her area of expertise is the diagnosis and management of dental erosion in children and is the author of the National Guidelines. The CDS in Hull and East Riding see large numbers of referrals for MIH and have dedicated clinics for the new patients every month for diagnosis and treatment planning, providing a wealth of material for training and quality improvement projects.

Graduated from King’s College London in 2016 and has worked across a variety of primary and secondary care settings. This includes roles within Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Paediatric and Restorative Dentistry. Nimit has delivered several postgraduate training sessions for Dentists with varied clinical experience and has supported Dental Nurses developing additional skills. Since 2020, Nimit has worked as a Specialty Trainee in Restorative Dentistry at the Leeds Dental Institute.
