Meet the speaker

Simon Gambold 250 X 250 Simon Gambold Leadership and Team Engagement Coach

Simon is a Leadership and Team Engagement Coach at Engagetheteam.co.uk. Prior to this he spent 25 years working for Henry Schein and in 2009 became the Managing Director of UK Dental. He finished his career there in 2019 as Vice President, EMEA Dental Group Marketing. During his distinguished career, Simon was awarded an Outstanding Service Award from British Dental Industry Association and entered on the BDA Roll of Distinction for Services to Dentistry.

After 25 years working with dental practices, the dental industry, charities and Government organisations across UK and Europe, Simon now has the opportunity to work with practice owners to fully engage their teams in creating the “wow” for their patients. In doing so, Simon is helping practice owners generate long-term success and revenue growth for their businesses.
