Join Anne Dooley for an insightful lecture exploring practical strategies to strengthen resilience and wellbeing in dentistry.

During the session, Dr Dooley will guide you on how to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and create a personalised plan for work–life balance. The lecture will help dental professionals understand how wellbeing drives professional effectiveness, team collaboration, and quality patient care, ensuring sustainable performance in demanding environments.

Meet the speaker

Dr Anne Dooley Wellbeing and performance speaker

Dr. Dooley is an award-winning speaker, certified executive coach, and medical doctor with over two decades of experience in the NHS. She is the author of Rise to Excellence, a practical A-Z handbook for high achievers seeking to unlock their potential. With a background in biochemistry and medicine, Dr. Dooley has held postgraduate qualifications across general practice, women’s health, surgery, dermatology, and paediatrics. She has also earned a Fellowship in Education and has taught at the University of Manchester and the University of Liverpool, mentoring the next generation of doctors and shaping future medical leaders.

Dr. Dooley has supported patients through some of life’s most challenging experiences, delivered medical care to refugees on international missions, and shared her expertise with the public as a radio guest. Drawing on these experiences, she inspires professionals to embrace challenges, cultivate resilience, and achieve personal and professional excellence. Outside of medicine, Dr. Dooley is a beekeeper, outdoor enthusiast, and a qualified yoga, pranayama, and meditation teacher, bringing a holistic approach to wellbeing that balances high performance with personal fulfillment.
