Meet the speaker

Dean Ward Clinical Dental Solutions Ltd

Dean is a highly experienced dental technician with over 27 years in the field. He is a Certified Trainer for Ivoclar International and serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Ivoclar in both technical and clinical domains across the UK. Dean is also a BPS (Biofunctional Prosthetic System) technical and clinical trainer and a Certified BPS Instructor, currently advancing toward SEMCD instructor certification.

As a member of the Dental Technicians Guild and a beta tester for Ivoclar and other leading international companies, Dean is at the forefront of innovation in dental technology. He is a national lecturer for Impression Club and has completed over 1,000 All-on-4 and “Smile in a Day” cases. His expertise has earned him recognition as the Winner of the Clinical Case Awards (Dentures) 2024.

We are looking for enthusiastic members to join the Furness and South Cumbria Section committee and the North Western Branch Council. Arriving by car

There are parking spaces for people with blue badges in front of all the main entrances and in the main pay and display car park. Blue badge holders do not need to pay for parking at the hospital.

The pay and display machines take coins, notes, debit/credit cards and contactless payments.

Furness General Hospital is approximately 2 miles from Barrow train station. Plan your journey using the National Rail enquiries website.
