IN-PERSON EVENT, hosted by Lincolnshire Section

What to expect

Being ‘compassionate’ would appear to be a fundamental requirement and ingrained in the practice, for all those working in healthcare. However, such an assumption is open to significant challenge, based on a view that few healthcare workers have an effective operational definition of compassion.

This session will provide a model of compassion and discuss the opportunities and challenges that present themselves when we work towards being a compassionate worker and leader. This debate will focus on the importance of team working in creating, and maintaining, effective compassionate organisations/practices, using a whole systems approach

This lecture is open and relevant to the whole dental team.
