Meet the speaker

Jane Lelean is a globally recognised dental business coach, trainer, and communication expert. With a background as a practising dentist and over 34 years of experience owning and managing a successful mixed dental practice, Jane understands first-hand the challenges of patient communication, treatment acceptance, and managing a busy practice.
Since transitioning from practice ownership Jane has worked with hundreds of dentists and dental teams to improve their confidence, communication skills, and business success. Jane specialises in helping dental professionals overcome anxiety, build resilience, and develop the skills needed to have confident, patient-centred conversations. She has trained extensively in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Motivational Interviewing, and Thinking Pattern Profiling, equipping her with a unique set of tools to support dentists in refining their communication strategies.

We are looking for enthusiastic members to join the Oxford Section committee. A role on the committee is a great way to get involved in the BDA at a local level and to help provide and shape local educational and networking events. It’s also great to have on your CV!
