Meet the speaker

Jane LeLean Personal Trainer

Dr Jane Lelean has been coaching and training dentists and their teams since 2006. Jane is the only dentist in the world to be awarded the highest coaching accreditation by the International Coaching Federation, Master Certified Coach, she is a Fellow of the Association of Coaching a member of the Association for Psychological therapies. Jane uses her experience as a dentist, former practice owner and coach to enable her clients to develop themselves and their practices.

Areas of focus include:

  • Practice development, financial growth and leadership
  • Recruitment, team bonding and team profiling
  • Communication, patient satisfaction and treatment plan conversions
  • Thinking patterns, mental health and well-being.

As a dentist Jane keeps her fingers damp, still doing some clinical work. She is also the chair of Oxford BDA.
