Meet the speaker
Chris Hunt Former Royal Marines CommandoChris is a former Royal Marines Commando based in Wokingham, Berkshire who absolutely loves all things health and fitness. Having left the Royal Marines in 2013 after two tours of Afghanistan and seven successful years operating in different units and having served on operations abroad, Chris is now on the team at Total Active Hub.
Personal training and mind, body and life coaching have filled Chris’s days since leaving the forces but more recently Chris has been known for his mental performance coaching and his own love for mental performance challenges. In between marathons, boxing matches and general health and fitness goals, Chris has found himself undertaking specific challenges that some may consider quite extreme.
In 2021, Chris ran 48 miles in 48 hours running 4 miles every 4 hours. In late 2021, Chris also ran 24 miles in 24 hours running 1 mile every hour on the hour and yes, this was throughout the night also. More recently in 2022, Chris has been running 5km every single day without fail throughout the year with no days off running. A proud husband, a proud father and a highly passionate and proud coach, Chris aims to help you feel highly motivated, incredibly inspired, and massively empowered to be the best version of YOU.
