The Reading and Windsor Section have a brand new venue for 2025, the Crowne Plaza Reading!

The venue offers free parking, bar facilities and is just one minute walk from the train station.

A hot meal is included in the price of the event.

What to expect

This lecture will cover the classical principles of removable prosthetics which form a basis for effectively utilising digital protocols to improve efficiency and outcomes. The session will focus primarily on complete dentures, covering impressions and jaw registration in both analogue and digital workflows. We will also focus on enhancing communication with our technicians to optimise results.

Meet the speaker

Rupert Monkhouse General Dental Practitioner

Rupert graduated from King’s College London in 2017 and completed foundation training in Hull, where he joined Teeth Team – a charity supporting oral health education in schools. On returning to London, Rupert has retained close ties with the charity, working as the lead for Teeth Team’s London hub. Since graduating, Rupert has developed a keen interest in removable prosthodontics, which he pursues at Woodborough House alongside specialist Dr Nick Fahey. Rupert is a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and received a nomination to become the team’s young ambassador. He continues to undertake implantology training and plans to gain an MClinDent qualification in prosthodontics.
