The Reading and Windsor Section have a new venue for 2025-26, the Crowne Plaza Reading!

The venue offers free parking, bar facilities and is just one minute walk from the train station.

A hot meal is included in the price of the event.

What to expect

On Wednesday 1 April, join the Reading and Windsor Section team for an evening on 'PIXEL: Photography and Smilecloud LIVE' with Shiv Kotecha and Dipesh Kothari. This event will give you instantly applicable, strong practical skills in dental and portrait photography, and will demonstrate how structured image capture can feed into visual smile storytelling workflows using tools like Smilecloud, to enhance patient communication, understanding, and decision-making.

This fun and enjoyable evening for the whole dental team will help you focus on core dental photography principles - lighting, exposure, composition, and reproducibility - alongside portrait techniques that enrich the clinical story.

See how structured imagery can be used in visual workflows (eg: Smilecloud) to create compelling before/after narratives and support patient communication and motivation.
