This webinar, delivered by Nassar Syed will explore the clinical, operational and commercial factors that contribute to the successful implementation of same-day dentistry using CEREC, drawing on real-world experiences from a nine-practice dental group and highlighting the importance of team engagement, training, mentorship and workflow optimisation.

Meet the speaker

Nasser qualified from Liverpool Dental School in 2006 and performed VT in Middleton under the supervision of a Specialist in Oral Surgery. In 2007 he started an SHO position at Prince Charles Hospital in South Wales, which confirmed his desire to pursue a career in Oral Surgery and IV sedation. In 2009, he was offered the position of Speciality Dentist in Oral Surgery at Manchester Dental Hospital and in 2014 was awarded Honorary Clinical Teaching Fellow at the University of Manchester. He completed the Diploma in Conscious Sedation from Newcastle University in 2018.

Nasser is Course Director of Manchester Sedation Course which trains dentists and dental care professional in IV conscious sedation. He trains beginners to independent practitioners.

Nasser has created hireadentalsurgery.com with his first site in Hale village. This allows clinicians to become more independent and retain more income without the need of owning a dental practice.

Nasser leads a sedation team which offers a travelling IV sedation service throughout England through the platform sedationconnect.com.
