ONLINE WEBINAR

What to expect

Join Raabiha Mann and learn practical strategies for improving patient communication and treatment acceptance, using intraoral imaging as a tool to guide patients through their journey from diagnosis to consent – and to demonstrate the wider clinical value of the C50 across documentation, soft tissue monitoring, and both internal and external referrals.

Learning objectives

  • Understand the role of visual communication in building patient trust and improving treatment acceptance

  • Apply a structured patient journey framework – from the chair to case acceptance – using intraoral imaging

  • Identify common pitfalls in patient communication and how to address them effectively

  • Recognise the value of intraoral imaging in documenting and monitoring soft tissue lesions, including conditions such as lichen planus, and supporting oral cancer screening protocols

  • Use intraoral imaging to strengthen referral communications – both within the practice and for external referrals – providing receiving clinicians with clear, high-quality visual evidence

  • Appreciate how the Acteon C50 intraoral camera supports clinical documentation, patient education and case presentation across a range of clinical scenarios

  • Understand how initiatives such as Acteon Illuminate are embedding these skills into the next generation of dental professionals.
